Intended audience:
Every HPC user wanting to archive (and publish data)
Prerequisites: knowing bits of iRODS, preferably taking part in the "Research Datamanagement" course beforehand, desire to publish data from the HPC System "Mogon 2" (or "Mogon-NHR")
Contents of this course:
- learn how to compress data in parallel
- annotate data
- compress data (in parallel)
- publish data
- create a nanopub (and ORCID, if you do not have any)
